Vodafone Friends with Benefits
Vodafone's 'Friends with Benefits' campaign was a fun, online competition that gave people the chance to win daily cash prizes. All they had to do was like Vodafone on Facebook and complete an application form.
'Friends with Benefits' launched in 2010, and continued until Australia Day 2011. We worked closely with creative agency, Tongue, to design and develop the Facebook app that sat the heart of the competition.
We created the app using the Facebook API, and developed a form that would qualify people for entry. The use of the 'like' function meant users shared and promoted the competition within their social network on an ongoing basis, extending its reach.
