Employee on-boarding portal

Ubank is the disruptive and innovative online arm of the National Australia Bank. As they have no branches, they have fewer costs than traditional banks, and are able to pass these savings straight to customers. This means they offer some of the best rates around.

Interesting recently partnered with Harteffect, a specialist employee-branding agency, to help create an employee onboarding portal that would introduce new employees to Ubank’s unique working culture.

Under the strapline ‘Good, different’, we conceived, designed and developed a site experience that reflects the values of this fresh and forward-thinking brand.

Including an intuitive and unique content wall, the site plugged into Ubank’s Yammer platform to encourage early employee adoption and stimulate conversation within the site, and across the office floor.

To enable Ubank to keep the site content fresh and engaging, we also integrated the Kentico CMS.

The site launched in April 2014, and feedback has been very positive. “We absolutely love the site” .
