The Sydney Community Foundation is a not-for-profit, public philanthropic foundation facilitating charitable services for the community. Design agency 2Birds Designs approached Interesting on behalf of
Sydney Community Foundation to assist in the development of a new website. The project was intended to improve the online visibility of the organisation and to better represent and communicate their important charity services.
Interesting implemented Sydney Community Foundation's website based on designs provided by 2Birds using the Interesting content management system. The site included dynamic elements such as a rotating news tile and event information. RSS functionality was also implemented for news, events and grant information assisting subscribed visitors to stay informed. Based on a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner solution, Kentico CMS, the Interesting CMS enables the Sydney Community Foundation to manage their site content without the need for technical resources.
The new Sydney Community Foundation website was completed in August 2010.
