Resi is a long established, multi-award winning mortgage specialist operating a franchise network. Resi wanted to upgrade the look, feel and functionality of their website to improve the service and information available to current and prospective customers. Interesting was brought in to redesign and redevelop the Resi website.
Interesting and Resi worked together to outline the functionality that would best serve Resi in moving forward on the internet. To enable Resi to adapt their site to changing needs and marketing strategies, Interesting implemented a full content management system. Interesting also worked with the Resi IT parties to integrate with the back-office systems; enabling lead management automation and ensuring the public web site mirrors the back-office franchise and mortgage rate information.
The Resi site was successfully launched in July 2007
