Kellogg's All-Bran - CSS, HTML, Javascript, ASP.Net 4.0 C#, Google Analytics

After many successful projects together, media agency partner Tongue approached Interesting to assist with the development of a new website for Kellogg’s All-Bran cereal. The All-Bran project is the first in a series of individual websites to be developed for the Kellogg’s product range. It was important that Tongue and Interesting create a site that was instantly familiar and comfortable, with a variety of interactive elements to keep visitors interested. The All-Bran website is to be an informational site where articles, recipes and tools such as nutrition calculators can be regularly updated, providing a strong representation of the product to potential customers.

Interesting developed the website from designs provided by Tongue. To ensure that the website is intuitive and easy to use and manage, Interesting developed the end-solution based on the Kentico CMS platform. The CMS allows the Kellogg’s staff to easily maintain copy, add new articles, new recipes and update the scientific data in the Fibre Calculator tool. To help highlight products, articles and recipes quickly, a predictive search interface was developed. The search tool not only returns relevant key words/phrases but also imagery from the recipes and articles with an introductory sentence to help guide the user in their search.

The All-Bran website project commenced in August 2010 with the completed site being deployed in late October. The new website was well-received and both Tongue and Interesting are looking towards the Kellogg's brands that will follow.
