Real Insurance (a trading name of The Hollard Insurance Company) is a retail insurer offering a number of direct insurance lines in Australia, including home and contents, bike, life, and motor insurance products. In order to improve the online quotation experience, Real Insurance wished to redesign the web quotation forms, creating more robust, concise and intuitive applications. Interesting have been engaged by Real Insurance to support and enhance many of their online resources, and were again approached for the drastic improvement of the motor and home insurance quote lines.
Interesting worked in synergy with Real Insurance and design agency partner Mentally Friendly to adapt the insurance quote systems and interfaces. The improved quote lines were adapted to satisfy a new design and specification, whilst continuing to integrate seamlessly with existing systems such as Real Insurance's policy management system.
The enhanced insurance quote lines were released in 2009, significantly shortening and simplifying the quote and application process for Real Insurance.
