Total Financial Solutions

Total Financial Solutions (TFSA) is one of Australia's largest and most successful, independently owned dealer groups. In mid 2008, TFSA embarked on a comprehensive rebranding exercise, including the implementation of a new website. Interesting was approached by Walden Wood Group, TFSA's marketing partner, to develop the new website with fresh information architecture, design and branding.

Interesting developed for TFSA a customised Kentico CMS implementation, utilising sophisticated user authorisation to provides advisers convenient single-sign-on access to their commission data. Interesting collaborated with TFSA's IT infrastructure partner, Inform Consulting, to integrate the site with existing back-end systems. The new system featured a custom workflow process to allow TFSA greater control over their content publishing.

The newly rebranded TFSA website was released to production in December 2008. Interesting provided training and support TFSA staff, allowing them to manage their own content independently. Providing TFSA with a comprehensive content managed solution has enabled their site to grow along with their business.
