Rydges Elephant Walk

Tongue contracted Interesting to assist in the development of a promotional site for Rydges Hotels & Resorts' North Sydney hotel. In honour of the Australia's first captive born baby elephant, The site was to feature photos of the public posing as elephants walking trunk-to-tail. The submitted photos would then be displayed next to each other creating the world's longest 'Elephant Walk'.

Interesting implemented Tongue's vision and designs, utilising technologies such as Flash and ajax to create a richly interactive user experience. Simple and intuitive, the site allows users to submit their elephant walk photos, then view themselves in the long line of other elephant participants.

The Rydges North Sydney Elephant Walk website went live in August 2009.
