AI Insurance

AI Insurance is a competitive new general insurance agency offering Comprehensive Car insurance to the Australian market. In 2009, AI Insurance and partners Hollard Insurance Company negotiated a referral agreement whereby customers who do not meet specific underwriting criteria for Real Insurance are referred to AI Insurance for quotation. Interesting was engaged to assist in the development of the referral system, as well as a direct insurance quote form and leads capture system.

Interesting developed an insurance quotation web form, allowing users to obtain quotes online and request service. Additionally, Interesting created a web application interface sharing necessary information between the two insurers, allowing referred users to seamlessly continue their insurance enquiry. The solution utilised a custom Google Analytics implementation in order to provide both parties with information on how visitor traffic flowed between the two sites. A leads capture system was developed, allowed AI insurance to record information on customers, facilitating sales and customer service.

The AI Insurance quote lines, Real Insurance Referral Integration and Leads Capture System were successfully completed in November 2009.
